Patrice Gonzalez

P. Gonzalez (CR1 CNRS, head of EA team) is head of the Aquatic Ecotoxicology team from EPOC. He has an extensive expertise in ecotoxicology and is specialized in assessment of toxic impacts of pollutants (metals, organic compounds, pharmaceuticals, nanoparticles..) at the cellular and tissues scale using molecular biology and genetics approaches notably transcriptomic. He is the head of the molecular biology platform of EPOC.


He has been principal investigator of national and regional programs (RIPOST, OSQUAR2). He has contributed to 82 publications and supervised 10 PhDs and 3 Postdocs.
