Yves BRUNET

Last update Wednesday 30 July 2014

Yves Brunet is a senior research scientist working in the ISPA Research Unit at INRA-Bordeaux. He is specialised in environmental physics, with a particular focus on micrometeorology. His research areas include the study of turbulence in vegetation canopies; the impact of windstorms on forested landscapes; the dispersal of bioaerosols (pollen, bacteria…) in the environment. His research activities rely on field measurements, wind-tunnel experiments and the modelling of turbulent transport.
