Benjamin LOUBET
Benjamin LOUBET, 40 years old, is DR2 at INRA since 2013. He had a PhD on Modelling NH3 dry deposition in the vicinity of sources. His main topics of research are atmospheric dispersion of gaseous pollutant and particulate matter at the local scale and exchange of pollutant and GHG between the atmosphere and agricultural ecosystems. He is a specialist in measuring and modelling reactive trace gas exchange between the atmosphere and the terrestrial ecosystems (NH3, O3, NOx) and turbulent dispersion of these compounds. He is actually INRA PI in ECLAIRE-FP7 (Effects of Climate Change on Air Pollution Impacts and Response Strategies for European Ecosystems) and INGOS-FP7 (Integrated non-CO2 Greenhouse gas Observation System). He has been involved in many European projects (NitroEurope, Graminae) and has coordinated several national projects (PPTA, ADEME Primequal ; POLLEN, INSU, review on Particulate emissions from agriculture, ADEME). He is also the scientific PI of the ICOS long term observation site of Grignon (FR-GRI).
