Prof. E. Villenave was also a member of the Scientific Committee of the French National Program on Atmospheric Chemistry; he has co-organized 10 national and international conferences and is the author or co-author of more than 70 peer reviewed publications and 220 communications. He has also headed during ten years the Master of Environmental Chemistry at the University of Bordeaux. Between 2009 and 2012, he chaired the French Group of Chemical Kinetics and Photochemistry and was acting for the Direction of CNRS as a project manager, following all the different activities and programs of atmospheric interest.
